Lost / signed blank paper

Hello Sir, 

In my view, there are various kinds of frauds that can be committed like transfer of property (movable/immovable) etc. There are as such no remedies in the given situation, the only way to get out of the situation is to find the paper and destroy it.

It is not an examination site.  It is meant for legal advise.  State full facts of your query and get replies.

Hypothetical and fabricated question paper lacking facts.

Before a Doctor and Advocate, you should not conceal facts and take guidance garbing facts in a veil.  If you have delivered such signed paper for a transaction to other, come out with the fact instead of saying that a signed paper is lost and what can be done with that signed paper etc. to prepare grounds to appear asthough someone has stolen that paper from you without your knowledge.

If you have really lost a signed blank paper, ignore it for the present as it can not be enforced by a stranger to you without any financial relation on record.
