If Both the spouse are major and if the marriage had happened with the bride's consent and is not forced then the marriage is perfectly legak

if the marriage parties (both groom and bride) are majors, they give consent to marry each one before the Registrar of Marriages and 3 majors signed as witnesses then marriage will be registered. for property, if there are ancestral properties, then all the legal heirs have right over that property. in case of a self acquired property, no one has right till the owner died or execute any deed.

If both bride and bridegroom are major and both consent are there for marriage with three witnesses then it is a legal marriage and their marriage will registered in the sub registrar office, second if the property is self acquired then no one has any right over it and not get any share only in one condition one can get share if the person died intestate .
