Dear Sir, we have purchased a 1500 square yards plot in Jayadarshini Enclave, Devarayamjal village which falls under Shamirpet mandal, Medchal district. It is a gram panchayat layout. We want to apply for LRS + Building Permission but a few people in the HMDA are saying that according to the HMDA 2031 master plan a road is passing through the plot due to which LRS cannot be granted to the plot. Please note that we have not yet applied for LRS and there is no official rejection by HMDA yet.
Moreover we do not know if the road is really passing or not and if it is passing then how much area are we losing and do we get any compensation for it or not. We also don t know if we can get LRS and building permission on the remaining land which will be left with us.
In such a situation what are our options? Could you please guide us.
