Lying under Oath in divorce proceedings!! Observations

The party who wants to walk out (especially if it is a wife-petitioner asking for divorce) and the other party is defending!!

Only God may save the other party (especially the male respondents')

Why am I saying so?

Male-Petitioner :-   If he lies in court proceedings, court who are already generous and sympathetic towards females hit the with hammer/mallet  (maint, plea witheld or struck off, case dismissed, )

Male-Respondent :-   If he lies in court proceedings, court who are already generous and sympathetic towards females hit the with hammer/mallet  (maint, defense struck off, Divorce /claim granted immediately)

feMale-Petitioner :-  If she lies in court proceedings, court who are already generous and sympathetic towards females just overlook it or merely strike off the perticular contents of petition or evidence devalued . that's it.

But it helps to feMale-Petitioner to Embitter the matter and may claim laterwads that marriage is broken and she  took to those measures only because of helplessness, and she doesn't want to return as she is scared of husband!!

So Female-Petitioners, more often than not, go to any extent in lying under oath/doctor the case to make it very grave scenario and put all possible allegations although inconsistent. Result:- Divorce by consent achieved by delaying tactics and by pressure and by reluctance as the husband is already exhausted!!

FeMale-Respondent (One trying to save marriage and willing to live with husband) :-   If she generally doesn't lie in court proceedings unless set-up by lawyers,  Result:- Divorce by consent achieved by delaying tactics and by pressure and by reluctance as the wife is already exhausted!!

The main issue is just and proper application of law whether petitioner/respondent is male/female.

The other party must try to book the other party with the possible case of lie under differnt sections.
