If person joins a Highier Post under direct recruitment, However, hoding same Gradepay/PayLevel by virtue of ACP/MACP in his previous Lower post, Does the past service in his previous appintment counted for MACP in the new appointment ?
Please clarify the above this would help in solving several MACP cases pending for long time.
