In Maharashtra, RERA Act is enabled for flat purchasers to get justice on delayed possession etc.
My Question:
The buyer files complaint under section 18 of RERA act. Parties settles dispute and file their consent term sheet as Exhibit A with MahaRERA Court. Basis this, the adjudicating officer disposes off the complaint.
Now, the developer is not honouring terms agreed. Can buyer again approach RERA Court for seeking Justice? Who will help in ensuring developer honours terms signed basis which complaint was withdrawn from RERA Court?
