My father is buying an agricultaral land which is in friends relation. This land wanted to sale his land for his money requirement. So, my father was interested to purchase it 4-5 years back.
As per Tehsildar, this is Inami Land in 1950's 7/12 (IT IS WRITTEN IN PENCIL...for your knowledge). Now, Tehsildar has some demands and asking to take permission of collector. Actually, there are 2 aspects.
1. New GR may have changed this rule, no need of permission of collector.
2. We can directly do buy-sale process.
Any guidelines to close intellectually!!!!
