1. To carry on and undertake the business of portfolio investment in
equity shares, preference shares, stocks, debentures, (convertible
and non-convertible) company deposits, and to deal in Government
Securities, including Government Bonds, loans, national saving
certificates, Post
Office saving schemes, units of investments and to manage investment
pools, syndicate in shares and securities.

2. To provide a package of investment/merchant banking/capital market
services by acting as manager to the public issue of securities by
underwriting securities. Act as issue house and carry on the business
of Registrar to investment schemes and liasion services.

3. To act as investment consultant, finance, consultants portfolio
consultants and brokers, sub-brokers, underwriters, sub- underwriters
and agents of stocks, shares and securities of all kinds.
