if a wife is already getting maintainance under 125 maintainance case from one court and she has also filed dv case in other court for more maintainance then what will happen??Will the other court grant the other maintainance even if she is already getting from her husband as per the court order.?My second que.is...will a wife have to prove the domestic violence which has been applied by her husband??Will she have to present some medical certificates of physical damage or mental harrassment??My last query is.. Will a husband have to give both maintainance to wife??
You can bring the matters to the notice of the Court which will decide the the decide the matter taking all the aspects into consideration.
