maintainence for devorce

Hi all, Already wife getting maintainence under dv act but husband filed under divorce under cruelty and additional decertion. My question. Again need to pay additional maintainence. Once we proved all her harassment? Thanks john

No need to give maitanance, if you get divorce at the time you will give permanent alimoney

or monthly.
