Maintainence to child

 Dear lawyers, Can some body provide me the judgement of any high court or supreme court providing info in deciding factors in decisions related to maintainence to child. I have read somewhere but some how unable to locate it that in case both mother and father are earning than ratio of their net salaries should decide the part of maintainence to child.

 

Any judgement do you cite please provide the link..................

If both parents earning then child maintenance is co-extensive

Maintance of the  child is mandate responsibility you never skip that responsibility

I found another judgement regarding shared responsibility of both parents to maintain child.
