Maintanance query

If judge has passed a maintanance for child and wife i.e 6k for both of them.....Can she claim another maintanance case in ongoing 125crpc act......as her lawyer goes on saying I.T return n other income....

What happens if she doesnt prove her evidence and fails to do....can i squash her maintanance.....and pay only for child..... as she is Mcom without any job profile.....What steps can i take further to fight in 125crpc case
