Sir,
I have bought 2 flats from a promoter. The building is quite old, there are 5 other owners. Their flats are nearly of my size but as they bought each single flat, they pay half the maintenance amount that I pay.
Is this legal?
Also the promoter is acting as Secretary and and charging huge amount. He is not ready to transfer maintenance to owners association and charges huge amounts without showing expenses. Please help.
