10000 pm awarded in u/s125 in 2014
Considering this, 3000 fixed recently in 2016 in DV Case
Now, court asks me to claim in only any of one case and to give statement that i will claim in one case
My ques
1. Why m i asked to claim in one case n chose
2. Why was 3000 in DV fixed then?
Execution filed 125(3) in 2015, but husband filed objection, not pays regularly, only paid once
What do i do? Pks guide??

I want to save my married life in every way. I was dragged to court. Me court me apni marriage ko nhi Lana chahti thi. But unfortunately, litigation is there now. His family not allowing him to even cum in court, would not ask for maintenance if cud survive of own He has all my jewels, original certificates, made me lose even the small paying job I got Does not even look at child Child I'll Your reply was little hurting And I myself disclosed 10000 maintenance to DVD case judge, still 3000 was granted. But now court is backing after his adv pressed
