Can i send maintenance notice to husband if he dont want to live with me anymore. And i m staying with my parents bcaz of some disputes made by my in-laws so, my husband dont want me. He is just relax and staying with his parents.

U can claim maintenence via Sec125/Dv act whatever applicable to ur case
