Hi,
Court give me order to pay Rs. 5000 for legal expense & Rs per date for coming kanpur to delhi to attend court date. But my wife is working & earn Rs.45000/-. I gone to Highcourt but court admit appeal but not give stay in this situaton what can do for escape pay money. If i failed to pay money my case is finished or any other option.

the court can refuse interium maintenance but can grant cost of proceedings to the respondent wife evenif she is having handsome income.
the case is filed by husband and as such wife has incurred the lawyer fees and travelling expenses.
the high court would not quash the order of the lower court.
though ur petition at HC get dismissed, prey the court to pass order to dispose off the litigation expeditiously within stipulated time period.
