In appeal filed by wife in Delhi HC, against her dismissed u/s 24 application in ADJ court, Delhi, now HC ordered “parties are directed to file affidavits of their assets as well as income in Form 16A, Appendix E, under Order 21 Rule 41 (2) of the CPC”
I wanted to know, what are the consequences / punishment, if any one file less information or hide something about their income & asset in the said affidavit.

how it will prove that this a false affidavit untill and unless other side get some papers related to their income or asset.
and then they file perjury application. is this way this will work,

What is the exact issue.
You want to file false affidavit ot you think your wife has filed false affidavit?
If you want to file false affidavit, I would advise against it.
If you want to expose your wife's false affidavit, what evidences you have,.
