Filed 125 crpc main application n asking for interrim in the same appli in feb 2014, order passed for interrim maintenance in aug 2014,
Maintenance not yet paid pending from feb 2014 till july 2015
My ques is
1. will the same application sufficient or petitioner needs to file fresh appli every year,
2. Do petitioner need to file fresh appli for maintenance, or for execution or for both
3. If respondent refuses to pay, what is punishment n for how long
3. if petitioner does not want respondent to get punishment, what r the ways? (As she says she wants to go back with respondent)
