Dear Experts,
Judge awarded maintenance of 3000/-Rs which should be paid on or before 15th of each month, if due to some reasons if paid after a week that is 20-25 in some month due to healthl issues will it be treated as contempt of court. every month we are paying on time that is 15th of every month and we are having proofs of the same. can we break up the said amount and pay instead of paying lumsum in everymonth.
Pls advice.
