kindly guide in the matter if the maintenance case is filed by the parents and wife.
since maintenance to parents has to be finalised within 90 days whereas in case of crpc 125 filed by wife there is no time limit.
so it is presumed that maintenance is firstly awarded to old parents. is ther will be any effect in case of wife.will family court took into account the maintenance passed by the tribunal in favour of old parents and thus family court will award less maintenance as source of the income of the son is fixed and he has to pay maintenance to both parents and wife.
what will be modelity in deciding the case by family court for wife under crpc 125.
