Hello, I own a flat in an apartment in Bangalore. I wish to know that- whether an association, formed to maintain apartment, can use funds collected/ allocated against one "head" for another head/purpose? In our case, association arbitrarily created an online poll for the members asking, if they are interested in some celebrations; and the money was siphoned from the common funds (meant for maintaining apartment premises). Not all members participated in the poll. Please tell me whether this is a proper way to utilize maintenance funds. How do I challange them? Any judgement. Regards, Prashant
