If the boy is not working regular anywhere, he can just earn little bit, he has qualification only 10th, but his wife is well qualified BA & done NTT course, wife is asking maintenance from the boy, but boy is not in position to pay her, then what order can be issued by court, if boy can't pay maintenance amount, how long imprisonment for the boy.

If a wife and mother of two clildren and is of age 65 filed husband in sec.12DV act . I am one of the son . what if husband has not done any thing to wife ie my mother . how could he protect himself . the mother does not want to live with my father and lives with her son . the husband is very loving and wants that his wife should live with him . please suggest any thing husband should do in this case . the husband is my father and wife is my mother . will my father have to pay compensation to her . please help in the matter . my father is in his old age and is in very much stress due to this behaviour of my mother.
