Maintenance recovered from wife

1. Yes, if this fact  is evidently subsequently proved after the grant of  the order for payment of interim maintenance u/s 24 of the H.M. Act, 1955  and the maintenance has been paid then in that case the same court can rescind its previous order and can order the wife to return the total amount back to you. 

2. But  in your main title of your query denotes "harassed by 498-A". How is then connected with s. 24 of the H.M. Act, 1955.

Please pass on if there is some judgments / rulings available on my mentioned query. The divorce decree passed in favour of petitioner husband on wife cruelity grounds and it's got proved that wife made false statement for her working.

Now want the maintenance back given to greedy wife u/s 24

have you got the evidence that your wife is working like salary slip of last month, her designation appointment letter any thing which can prove that she is working even her salary credited in the bank can be shown to the court trough your lawyer as evidence and strike the maintenance
