I want to know the time limit to file the recovery (execution) petition after the Maintenance Order is Passed. Also do a Husband have to pay all the arrears if the recovery petition is filled after 3 yrs of the Maintenance Order??? CRPC 125
You are advised to file delay application for condonation of delay along with execution application. Once delay is condoned by showing sufficient cause then your execution application will granted. You must show some genuiness that why did u delay in Not executing maintenance application
