Maintenance under 125 Crpc

If husband not bringing actual salary details, wife can always through Family Court summon salary details of the husband from his Organization. Nothing good by hiding actual salary, rather the husband should also bring on record his expenses and insist for income details of the wife from all sources including getting her bank accounts records summoned through court.

Maintenance under Section 125 of The Criminal Procedure Code doesn't depend on the salary or status of a husband or wife.    The minimum amount necessary to survive is granted.     Hence production of salary details will not be in disfavour and non-production is no blunder.     Production is not necessary either.
