1..If husband doesnt earn who is the second responsible for maintaining wife if wife is also not able to maintain herself or her husband because of physical problem.?Her inlaws or her parents ?
2.. & what if husband not earn just because intentionally to avoid mainatining her wife & show him self he is dependent on his parents? How can she make her husband to earn?

& wht abt my first question . i know if husband is not alive than her Fil is responsibel to maintain But what if husband is alive not working...?

1. Court cannot 'writ' Husband to work even if maint. order passed. Thus he will seek time to pay maint. provided he gets work / job :-)

Why not wife finds a job for the husband so that he earns & pays maintenence too!
