mairage

If a muslim girl her age was 15 years old she wanted to continue her studies but her parents were forced for mairage at the age of 15 so its a legal or illegal activity can we file a case against her parents to stop this mairage

Yes. Filing case against your parents is not advisable. Convince regarding your age to other elders of your family (menas grandparents/uncles etc.,) and well wishers and try to amicably settle the issue. All the best. good luck.

In the second last line of query, you have written "against her parents" which seems like you are not the girl herself,

and yes it is illegal which may attract jail term upto 2 years
Try to make her parents understand the socio - legal problem of this marriage, you might threat to sue them
under these case making them aware of legal consequences might work.
