Mere bete ka Jnm 30/04/15 ko MH Allahabad me hua tha. Hospital ka intimation slip hai mere pass but mai avi tak birth certificate nhi bna paya. Actually mai ballia dist ka rahne wala hu. Kya procedure hai birth certificate bnane ka. mai kha se bnva sakta hu ballia ya allahabad. Pls pls help
