Making of wills

It is normal human nature to not think of death. And in India, people have just recently started thinking of planning for after death in terms of insurance and even for future just as health, etc. To think that they would prepare wills on there own is unlikely in the near future but as awareness increases people will start making wills.

Also, for many assets such as a house or a demat account, nomination facility is available which reduces the need for writing a will. But it will increase in future.
