Marraige

Been married for more than 45 days.
Not consummated the marriage.
Finding it difficult to attain compatibility and want to live separately. Will file for divorce later.

Just want to know if I am doing anything wrong, legally ?

You realised the incompatibility late.    You must pay for it.

Don't worry.    Better late than never.

If it's not easy for you to obtain divorce soon, apply for judicial separation.

II appreciate you you realized the incompatibility, though late.   ( I typed you you.   I haven't erred. Though that is possible after the first you, one had better avoid that.)    Many Experts, I know, will condemn me.     "Won't women suffer?", they'll cry.

Woman should become so strong as not to suffer.     She must acquire the strength on her own.     She shouldn't depend on the Maintenance by husband.     She's not supposed to be a burden to husband.

If a man avoids his wife, why doesn't he suffer?      Why does wife suffer?

This difference must go.

Thank you for the advice people. But one thing, I am the wife here. And second my question, is it legally wrong to live separately post 2 months of marriage ?

Yes, it's legally wrong.     It's not an offence.

If separate living is right, how can a husband or wife ask for restitution of conjugal rights?

Thank you for clarification.
