I have some query on registering the marraige in court. I was in love with a girl and done marraige in arya samaj temple in 2007, but due to some reason we took divoce in the civil court in 2008 without disclosing anything to our parents.
Now I am planning to get marry to another girl who knows about my past and have no issues with my past. We are planning to get married next year. The problem is we don't want to disclose about my past divorce to our parents so that there feelings shouldn't be hurted. We are planning to do Hindu marraige and wanted to registered the marraige in civil court afterwards.
Do civil court will verify my past before giving us the marraige certificate and can disclose to our parents. I want to avoid disclosure of my past to our parents.
