Marriage

sir i m a christian boy and the girl is a sindhi we want to get married but we have no witness and no one is helping her arents will kill us if we get married pplz suggest also suggest are we categarised in inter caste marriage and are they any ngo or any who will help us and how much will be the cost of marriage plz help urgent

If you are belong to different religion then you can marriage under Special Marriage Act giving 30 days notice to the marriage registar of your area.

boy age is 21 up and girl age is 18 up then u r marry so best thing u get special marriage act and registered your marriage.

U can take the help of a local lawyer who will help u out with the marriage ...... This is for your information .. ....

Visit the Marriage Registrar's office in your area ...... get forms for getting married under the provisions of the Special Marraiage Act ( the form will give u an idea of what is neeeded ) ...... Under SPA u have to give one month's notice ....... and after expiry of one month both of u can get married if there is no objection from anyone ....... In SPA each spouse can retain their respective religion ......

Easy way is for u to get converted into a Hindu and get married by hindu rituals .... for that u 'll need a pandit who would have to perform the marrauge and grant u a marriage certificate ..... which marriage u can later get registered within four months .....
