What proofs does required to file a case in the court that the marriage is valid. Does marrying in the temple without present of family members is valid in the Indian Context and even without any marrige photos etc. even though they are living together. How the Indian marriage is valid. Please advice

Such type of marriages are completely invalid in eye of law untill and unless it get registered.

hi all, i have filled a divorce case against my husband due to his mental sickness, physical harrasment and also filled for alumni and he filled a case of marriage restoration can any body help me i donot want to stay wid him anymore he denies to give me divorce shoul d i go to seek help from mahila ayog how much time these cases will take and i willbe free from him.
