I am from Bangalore and I going get married in abroad and according the to the country where I am going to get married require Marriage ability certificate under special marriage act, 1954 by Indian authorities stating that “The go-ahead must certify there are no impediments to marriage under the laws of the country of origin and must clearly indicate the following information: name, surname, date and place of birth, citizenship, residence and free state”
So I did a research where can I get this certificate and called up few lawyer regarding this but many of them do not know about this Marriage ability certificate… also I do not know where to start . When I was doing some reach I found some links where

In the first and second link I found that they have declaring that they are single or bachelor from their respective states. (Can i know who is OFFICE OF MARRIAGE OFFICER-CUM-DEPUTY COMMISSIONER?)
In the third link is from Uttar Pradesh government where they show an example for Marriage-ability Certificate
In Bangalore there are no online help in government websites or people who do not know about this
