1. There was an ammendment to Hindumarriage Act approved by the cabinet in June 2010. Anybody know if this was passed in the parliament yet? In other words is it effective yet?
2. If a divorce decree is issued and an agreement is reached in the US will it be valid in India? Is there a way to reciprocate or get it validated in India or the whole divroce process is needed again in India?
