Then he applied for marriage certificate on 6 Aug for completing dat gap of 2 months .
After sometime he cracked govt exam n got posting .
Now he wants to file divorce case n he is afraid of lossing govt job because of this date variation .

What is your actual problem ?

It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding if there is "some" real / true dispute / issue / problem.which is not made out from your question papers given herein above.

Still if you are not get conclusions by our reply better way is consult local lawyer and get clarity and solve the issues.

Yes, the posting is not a real time issue.

Since he had committed this  fraud intentionally knowing well that this is an illegal act, why should he be worried about the consequences which he failed to realise at the time of commissioning the reported  offence.

Well, in any case this will not surface nor it will create any problem to his employment because only he knows about his correct date of marriage and more over the employer is not interested to know when the employee got married or how he got married.

You have stated that this took place 9 years ago i.e., in the year 2012, if your employer was not bothered to know about your personal details so fr, what is the necessity for your employer to probe into your personal details, hence you may not be worried about such silly/petty issues.
