Hi,
I got married in 2008 as per Christian norms. I got the Marriage registration receipt from the Church.
I am in the US now and planning to take my family with me on a H4 Visa. But I heard that Marriage certificate is required for H4 stamping.
How can i get a marriage certiificate in this case.
My wife is in India and she has got all the required documents but not sure of how to move this forward.
Please help me on this
P.S: I have got my WIFE name endorsed in my Passport when I renewed it. Hope this can help me some how.
