I have been trying to apply for my mother's passport lately.. she has been asked to show a marriage certificate. Its been 27 years for her marriage now and my parents had never applied for a marriage certificate. Now that we need to apply one how should I go around with it. what are the procedures for the same. They got married in a temple in manglore, karnataka. and currently they are staying in mumbai since their marriage. My parents do not have a birth certificate but they have a 100 rs stamp paper affidavit. please help me with this issue
