my husband says in the reply to the court that our marriage is invalid as per Hindu law, as i was pregnant at the time of our marriage which i say yes with his child, which he says me & my family knew for which i say n can prove i dnt know nor my family knew for the same.
After 15 days of my marriage his family doctor said me to go for a pregnancy test as my husband present there when doctor prescribed as this was my first test ever, my husband was with me when i did the test he know & was there after that for the sonography so he first time this was the time i came to know i was 2 months preg
he asked me to abort it and i dnt.
i have a son now which some one had said him would be a girl which they were against.
plz tel me what is all this true a man can do his thing n blame all on the women that she was preg & say marriage was invalid due to it
he had also spreaded the that the child was nt his.
what do i do n how do i prove whats true
