Marriage law amendment - 2013

Marriage Law Amendment - 2013
To make marriage laws more women friendly, the government approved lots of recommendations on divorce and inheritance in the Marriage Laws Amendment Bill.
As per Governments recommendation wife should be entitled for 50% share in the inherent property ,as well as the property of husband earned before and during the marriage.
Could you please explain
1) what comes here under Inherent Property ?
2) What if the husband is disowned by his parents, then also this 50% share would come in picture in case of Divorce ?
3) What if all the property is on husband's mother name ?

Thanks in advance.

1. inherit property means the property which is evolved to husband through succession rights.

as we say co-parcenary property. it may be from his mother side or in father side and includes grand parents

2. If the husband is disowned then the inherited property rits question will not come in picture.

3. If all the property is in husbands mother's name then we have to see that is the property is puchased by her or she had recived thst in inheritence, if she had recived the same in inheritence then wife can ask share in that property.

inhereited property is means the property you acquire from your father or mother and here mother property again divided into two is it is her self acquired property or her streedhan and about disown means you have not right in the property of your parents and also even infuture if they take you again the rights will go to your wife
