Marriage, Pendency of application for setting aside exparte

My wife obtained divorce on by setting me as exparte as i could not attend court due to 3 consecutive dates fallen within a short span of 12 days. According to limitations act she can remarry after 30 days so there is a chance that before my setting exparte application under order 9 rule 13 concludes she may get remarried. So what i have to do now shall i file setting aside exparte or first appeal in HC. For first appeal also there is an issue because now it's holiday season for high court and so by the time summons delivered to her she may get remarried. I am completely perplexed.

The limitation for appeal against family court divorce decree is 30 days, is it not? Please clarify.
