Under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (Court Marriage). Both groom and bride have to attend the Registrar of Marriages concerned and to file a notice of intended marriage. If no objections are received within a period of one month, the marriage will be solemnized by the Registrar of marriages. The recent photograph of both including 3 major witnesses (not an illiterate), aadhaar card of all the persons.
