As per me, raping is nothing but killing some one’s soul. Don’t worry about showing you nude picture, Go ahead & take legal action against him. Consult with some good lawyer & file case against him. If he publishes your nude picture, then he will be in more trouble. As you have mentioned that you have lots of evidence, therefore immediately after filling case he will be behind bar.
