Hi, I want to marry my girl friend who is from Philippines. When I have contacted Kerala registrar offices I came to know there is a government notification to stop marriage with foreigners! The notification came to registrar offices in 2014 mid. Since I don't want to waste time in questioning that undemocratic notice by Kerala government I choose Bangalore for the marriage.
1. I want to know the exact procedures and the certificates needed from my Girl Friend's side for performing the marriage under special marriage act.

3. Both needs to stay for 30 days in Bangalore? I have been living in Bangalore since 2007.
4. What is the maximum duration of validity of the application after the 30 days of acceptance of application?
