Married son applied for compasionate appointment

The deceased employee (mother) has a son who is married and two widow daughters.

Stating that the married son is wholly dependent on the deceased employee, claimed for compassionate appointment.  The same was negatived.

Now the married son again claim compassionate appointment stating that he has to look after the two widowed daughters who were dependent on the deceased employee.  The deceased women employee's husband has died earlier.

better to consult local lawyer. once the employment given to the wife of deceased. then how the son can demand , how his demand been rejected?  give clarity

See the laws and confirm is their compensate job applies for you mother or not .approach advocate and also court if necessary .
