There are two remedies available to you under Hindu Marriage Act , 1955
1) you can by petition apply to the district court under section 9 of the act for restitution of conjugal rights. As your wife has told you to move out of the house and now is not allowing you to enter the house and even meet your child. Restitution means restoration of things back to as they were before and conjugal rights stand for the rights which are obtained from being married to a person. the court shall look into the matter and on being satisfied give you the decree of restitution of conjugal rights. by getting this decree you would be able to continue your matrimonial life at your house and meet your kid.
2) you can file for divorce if you no longer want to continue to live with your wife. you can do this under section 13(ib) of the act. This would amount to divorce on the grounds of cruelty. you can prove it by consistent fights to the level you had to rent your parents a different house. you were also forced to move out by her. Asking money to meet your child is also part of the said act.
while applying for the divorce you can also apply a petition for the custody of your child.
