We Have One schedule of Prelimilary decree in that schedule we have 100 items of different property
in that 90 items of properties are not sanction or are not release in favour of us.
100 are matrooka properties
10 properties are made compromise and given to differnet defendents
in that my grand father got one item
My Grand Father have two Wifes
so the compromise is we got the first wife sons jagir "amount" of only one properties other properties are not release in favour of my great grand father so that we are not entittle in that propertie
in the compromise we have that we are not entitle to take share of grand father as we are already getting share in jagir commutation
so in compromise it was written that we cant claim any share of grand father in matrooka of great grand father
so do iam not entittle to take shares in other 90 item properties ?
these 90 properties are also matrooka properties but not comform as in my great grand father
has my grand father dies when he got only one propertie in favour of him

And Also each son get 1/33 so how to calculate suppose we get 100 rupees ?
