Please update me how long prisonment is given if not pay intrim maintenance in one time.
as I am not paying such amount since 1.5 years. And I have been ordered for recovery.

They can put u in jail for 2 months . First time court will pay u r jail expense . For 2 nd and subsequent wife need to pay for jail expenses to put u in jail. Before that make sure that nothing is there on your name and u r not working any where otherwise court will attach to that.
