MC and Divorce. - Needs Help - High

Marriahe is on 25th Aprl-2010.

After marriage , she is not with me and staying with her parents .
After several mediation, there is no result . Almost over 11 years
Intially both have withdrawn Divorce and DVC in loka Adalat. But later she left and joined Phd in tamilnadu .

I was Filed Restitution al of Conjugal rights in her place and awarded that she sould join her in husband house within 2 months. But she came along with 15 members and argumented and taken Vedio and submitted in MC.

We will not tolerate her Hiper tension and she does not know what she is doing and no one can stop her that means 20 members can' t stop her Hiper tension fight and unparliamentary language .


Now she is completed and working in colleage . I have used RTI to get her employment details but colleage is supporting her and shared the supreme court judgement to me on ground of not share the employment details to me and told that to proceed in court .

I have filed divorce in the of 2021 in my home town. But they were filed Transfer case with allegations of " husband is having political , money, muscular power and threatened from husband and mentioned Supreme court judgement copies of " Women convenience " in her petition.

Now she got favourable judgement to transfer case from my home town to her place ( 50 km distance ) based on women convenience given by supreme court.

The judgement in Brief :. Allegations are denied and no proof but for women convenience to case is transfer to her town.

We mentioned that having spondylitis and not able to. Journey every time .

God is not with me : since I am travelling from home to court located in her place ( 50 km) that means almost 9 years . Now again I need to travel to her place for Divorce case.

Since 9 years , they are torchering me. I directly went house for compromise ( Oct- 2021). Initially she is accepted and later rejected on demand of Security. She is asking me security. I asked what is expectation on security ? She said that Fixed deposit for Daughter education and married with nominee of her name and week end travelling to her parents house .if my wife and her father satisfied , then they will compromise on court case . I lost my hopes on compromise and said that I will deposit for education but not marriage and not having that much amount in my hand and highlighted that when we are compromising means that we are family and I will take my daughter responsibility and also denied her offer . She said that I don't have trust on you .

Finally they were used above situation in Transfer case to get benefits. My wife only drafting petition and counter After marriage , she is not with me and staying with her parents .

Now MC case is pending . It was filed 2018 for her and Daughter (8 years) and trying to close MC but wantedly , they were not cross examined me and finally cross examined me in the year 2019 and now again they filed recalled or re cross examination petition.

After pandamic situation , no court . Now court is going to open on next month .

My wife only drafting petition and counter and using supreme court judgement.

Here I need help on below grounds .please help me

I need help and judgement copies on below situation for MC.

1. Supreme court Judgment copied on cancellation of recross examination petition for MC Case.

2. She is highly qualified . Qualification is Mtech & Phd. I need Supreme court judgement on " NO MC for Highly qualified womens.

3. She is highly qualified and doing job in Colleage . If I am not proof, then Need Supreme court judgement copies on that ground.

4. She is neglected me " I need Supreme court judgement copies " No entitled MC for Wife.

5. I need to know can I highlights her parents assets and well settle family back ground in MC and her brother is living in US and another brother is living in Bangalore ( well settled).


I almost tired 😭 and not interested to continue with her . Why because now age is 43 and lost my marriage life and not having interest on further marriage also.

my intention would be only . In society, I don't want husband identify of wife why because she is not with me. almost she is not with me after marriage that means 11 years. I trust her every time she is joined home through mediation for 1 or 2 days and total 1 month out of 11 years.
