Mcd draft approval

1. There is no such limitation period as asked!
2. In sensitive issues such as MCD if wife side sends draft then it should be reciprocated in sweet little time instead of pushing it to a corner and coming here crying about “it being forced upon me” which is my view.
Reason being in today’s times it is difficult to get divorce especially by husbands and if wife / her side are taking initiative then it should be reasonably reciprocated and get over with marriage instead of meditating over it!
